PowerPhone EMD training profiled in Illinois

PowerPhone's Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) training is helping Franklin County E9-1-1 in Illinois achieve its goal of more consistent emergency call handling.

WSIL-TV recently covered an EMD program conducted by PowerPhone's John Brunelli for Franklin County.
