As sure as winter gives way to spring, National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week is here again.
We at PowerPhone are so fortunate for the opportunity to recognize our public safety MVPs; the men and women in public safety that make a difference in our communities.
PowerPhone has long taught that 911 operators are the first on the scene for any incident. This has never been more apparent than today. With increasing frequency, stories abound that illustrate how a dispatcher's actions were instrumental in saving a life.
This is the week we get to thank you for your efforts, hard work and dedication to what is one of the most stressful jobs out there. Though our gratitude extends 365 days a year (366 for leap years :-), to have the ability to show our appreciation is an opportunity we couldn't pass up.

PowerPhone salutes the public safety telecommunicators who are always there to answer the call. In all of our classes during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, we'll be treating our students to a pizza party and recognizing their accomplishments.
